Liberum appointed as Sole Corporate Broker to EJF Investments Limited

EJF Investments Limited (“EJFI”) is a closed-ended fund trading on the Specialist Funds Segment (“SFS”) of the Main Market and domiciled in Jersey. EJF Investments Manager LLC is the manager (the “Manager”), a wholly owned subsidiary of EJF Capital LLC, with offices in Washington D.C., London and Shanghai.

EJFI seeks to generate attractive risk adjusted returns by investing in opportunities created by regulatory and structural changes impacting the financial services sector. These opportunities include structured debt and equity, loans, bonds, preferences shares, convertible notes and private equity; in both cash and synthetic formats issued by entities domiciled in the US, UK and Europe.

The Company also has two classes of zero dividend preference shares (“ZDP Shares”) also trading on the SFS maturing in 2022 and 2025.
